Planning for good things to come to an end

Today, we’re sharing our draft plan for succession and contingency planning: But, fear not, we’re not going anywhere soon.

Recently, we responded to the Invest in Open census, an excellent initiative, which included answering the better part of 100 questions on everything from our impact, governance, and funding to the management of our organization, product, and community. One question asked us for our contingencies and succession plans, which was a great opportunity to formally codify what we have in place. We couldn’t find any examples of plans though, so, we’re sharing ours for others to see, integrate, and remix.
